- 2 pounds beef chuck roast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Cut the beef chuck roast into bite-sized pieces, about 1-inch cubes.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place the beef pieces in the slow cooker, then pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef. Stir to coat the beef evenly.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it on low heat for 6-7 hours or high heat for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, check the beef for tenderness. It should be fork-tender.
- Once done, sprinkle fresh parsley on top for garnish.
- Serve hot, right out of the slow cooker.
