- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, full-fat or low-fat)
- 1/4 cup nut butter (peanut butter or almond butter)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of Greek yogurt and 1/4 cup of nut butter. Mix until smooth.
- Add in 1/4 cup of honey or maple syrup and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir until everything is well combined.
- Next, gently fold in 1 cup of rolled oats and 1/2 cup of chocolate chips. Make sure the oats are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Sprinkle in 1/4 teaspoon of salt and give it one last stir to incorporate.
- Once everything is mixed, taste the dough! If you like it sweeter, feel free to add a little more honey or syrup.
- Transfer the dough into a sealable container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let it firm up.
- After chilling, scoop out your desired amount and serve! You can enjoy it straight from the bowl or with your favorite snacks.
Notes
For a vegan option, use maple syrup and a plant-based yogurt. You can also add a pinch of cinnamon or a tablespoon of cocoa powder for a twist.
