Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, full-fat or low-fat)
  • 1/4 cup nut butter (peanut butter or almond butter)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of Greek yogurt and 1/4 cup of nut butter. Mix until smooth.
  2. Add in 1/4 cup of honey or maple syrup and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir until everything is well combined.
  3. Next, gently fold in 1 cup of rolled oats and 1/2 cup of chocolate chips. Make sure the oats are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  4. Sprinkle in 1/4 teaspoon of salt and give it one last stir to incorporate.
  5. Once everything is mixed, taste the dough! If you like it sweeter, feel free to add a little more honey or syrup.
  6. Transfer the dough into a sealable container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let it firm up.
  7. After chilling, scoop out your desired amount and serve! You can enjoy it straight from the bowl or with your favorite snacks.

Notes

For a vegan option, use maple syrup and a plant-based yogurt. You can also add a pinch of cinnamon or a tablespoon of cocoa powder for a twist.
